About me

Developing authentic leadership
in face-to-face and virtual teams

My 15 years of international experience in leading companies in the telecommunications sector, working in more than 10 countries around the world, allows me to understand the complexity and challenges of working in virtual and multicultural teams. I have worked as a virtual engineer and consultant at Cisco Systems for almost 10 years. Since 2015, I have been working with their global online coaching programme for their managers, first as an internal coach and career advisor and since 2020 as an external coach. In this time, I have accompanied leaders, from different parts of the world, to boost their well-being and professional success. Developing their strengths, authentic leadership, and improving their security, confidence and interpersonal skills. In 2019 I start this entrepreneurial project. I put my knowledge and experience at your service, so that you can maximise your personal and professional results in a fast, efficient and proven way.
