My Personal and Professional Transformation Journey
I was following the path that was expected of me, that I assumed would make me happy. I had studied for a degree, I was working for a large multinational, travelling the world, earning a good salary, I had a place to live, a car and a significant other, however on turning 30 and despite having social status and a good position as a Telecommunications Engineer at one of the best technology companies in the world, I began to feel lost, unmotivated and anxious.
From a young age, I have always been interested in reading self-help and leadership books, in particular, those that give advice on how to feel better and improve oneself. The truth is, that like most people, after so many years at school and university, I not only ended up with a degree, but also a great capacity to memorise. Unfortunately, I didn’t know myself, I didn’t know what I liked, what I was good at, or what my purpose in life was. I had always been driven by something that had an outlet. * I didn’t know what emotions were, let alone how to manage conflict, anxiety and personal relationships.
And it was in early 2011, when I discovered coaching and embarked on my journey of personal and professional transformation - following my purpose, aligning my values and strengths and learning how to manage my emotions; I was now able to focus on what fulfilled me and made me feel good: personal and organisational development, leadership and interpersonal skills.

My purpose is to empower leaders and teams by improving their well-being and prosperity.
To have the courage to step out of their comfort zone with confidence, to walk through discomfort and the unknown in the direction I create, to discover knowledge and enlightenment.
Living and leading with purpose is a priceless adventure.
My vision is a world where companies are conscientious and prosperous, resulting in a better place to work.

I am dedicated to working with professionalism, honesty, and complete transparency. I use a scientific, digital methodology that integrates the results of the of the latest research in the field of HR.
I have a thirst for knowledge and I am constantly thriving to learn more about this field which is complex and constantly evolving.
I have lived in England, France, Germany and Portugal and have travelled to many more. I enjoy learning languages, experiencing diversity and getting to know different cultures and personalities.

Experience
I have more than 15 years of international experience in leading companies in the telecommunications sector. I have travelled and worked in more than 10 countries around the world. I can understand the complexity and challenges of these companies on a global level, and work in virtual and multicultural teams.

Training
For almost a decade, I have been sharing my experience in personal growth, organisational development and leadership, combining different discipline such as executive coaching, NLP, systematic leadership, strengths coaching, enneagram and innovation. Indeed, I have been extremely fortunate to have trained with leading figures such as R Dits , A Santos and C Hall.

Online Coach
Since 2015, I have been working with the Cisco System global employee coaching programme as an online coach and virtual career advisor. During this time, I have accompanied leaders from different parts of the world, to develop their leadership skills, to discover their purpose and achieve professional success and improve their emotional health and general well-being.

Certification
I am certified to review and analyse the results of the StandOut strengths test and the DISC methodology and motivational test. With the review of the results of these tests, the differences with which you make a difference, your areas of greatest contribution to the team are detected, and is a predictor of success in your job. I am also certified as a generative coach by the international association IAGC.
