One of the important values of this project is to contribute to help and support social causes in an altruistic way. Initiatives aligned with values that help to leave the world a little better than it is.

I had the opportunity to facilitate a series of workshops on assertive communication and motivation at their headquarters in Vila-seca in Tarragona.

LA AKADEMIA
Emotional education, self-awareness, entrepreneurship development
The Akademia is the largest citizens' movement in the world that promotes a new educational paradigm to change social reality. It offers a free pedagogical process of around 100 hours based on emotional education, self-knowledge, development of the entrepreneurial spirit so that young people between 18 and 23 years old have the necessary resources to find their own answers.
This global project was founded by Borja Vilaseca in 2011. It currently has more than 2,000 volunteers and is present in 57 cities in 6 countries: Spain, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, Mexico and Chile.
I have collaborated with the Akademia in Reus, Tarragona and Cambrils, carrying out Enneagram training , belief and communication workshops. I have also co-directed this project in Reus between 2017 and 2019.
